One of the older expat joints in town, they have an actual bulletin board where you might be able to find or post something useful. They have burgers and pasta, as well as a rooftop with a couch.

Getting there may be a bit tough. If you are directly in front of the Confucius temple on Nan Men Road, you will see an alley with vendors and what not. Go down there and take the first right, then walk until you see an opening and a temple on your left. Look to the right, and you will see a spiral staircase that goes up 3 flights. Take it all the way up and you will be there.
