Darin the pizza truck guy
Tainan Restaurants
Hello to everyone,
I noticed alot of interest in pizza awhile back and just wanted to let everyone know that I have been at the nightmarkets regularly for about 2 months. I have seen a few foreigners and the numbers seem to be going up as the response is what you would expect for a gourmet style pizza served at night market prices
You really are going to be hard pressed to get a better deal on quality food.
We do Mexican wraps and tons of different flavors of pizzas and we have Mexican rice and red and black beans. We will be doing home made sausages and hot dogs starting this week, and we occasionally have authentic Masala Chai or Indian Milk Tea. All of our toppings and items are made from scratch and fresh daily.
I promise to make the best pie you are going to find on the island, and some people say one of the best in the world.
Come get your dinner at DA DONG nightmarket every Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and WU SHENG every Wednesday and Saturday.
We will be opening a restaurant as soon as possible, but until we do I am afraid you have to trudge it to the nightmarket to find the answer to the question of "Where is the best pizza in town ?"
We do 7 ", 10", 13", and 15" as well as pizza by the slice. Come out, come out wherever you are.
Sincerely, Darin the pizza truck guy who loves you

Good Luck Darin. And
Good Luck Darin. And everyone, make sure to at least see him once. You won't regret it!
I tried the pizza and
I tried the pizza and quesadilla last night and didnt regret it. The pizzza dough is f/quality whole wheat flour, so its alot denser, darker and filling than the wheat flour you get at the local market chains. The pesto was yummy and spinach based. All very fresh ingredients, loads of veggies, I was full from the quesadilla and had to take the pizza home for later. My 3 year old loved her Hawaian so if she loves it, thats says ALOT. Also tried some local beer for the first time and made new friends! Best of luck Darin and catch you later for more. I would loved to try your masala chai. Shanti shanti.
