She misses everybody, especially cute little Andrew.

Went there yesterday.  Candy was, just.......Candy, her warm, usual self.  The restaurant looks great, nice classy decor.  Was quite busy, artfully done, food was excellent and prices reasonable! Felt right at home!

Up front, you can see the fresh food being cooked, looks very inviting!!

Lots of new items on the menu too, for those of you that remember the old place in An Ping. Tried the 4 star Texas chili. Could have had some more kick but great overall taste.

Candy's is GREAT! The food is reasonably priced and has that homemade feel to it. And the best thing about it is Candy offers turkey all year round... if you're interested in organizing a turkey dinner for a special event, she can do that for you, and she'll even include free refills on soup, bread, juice, as well as include appetizers and desserts! It'll feed 10-12 people easily, probably even 15. It's defiantely the best meal-deal in Tainan!

And how can anyone forget Candy's warm hospitality? This is a place where everybody truly "knows your name"... or at least they'll make an effort to know your name.

I totally recommend it!

Went again, took a visitor to Tainan. He said the main dish and the soup was fantastic!

The new place is fab! The one in Anpin though has a mean chicken burrito/taco platter. Stopped by 2 weeks ago, tried the chicken dish - out-of-this-planet!! However, the one in Anpin does not serve any booze.

The food is excellent, the services are very good and the atmosphere is awesome I highly recommend Candy's American Kitchen & Coffee.

I must say, this past Sunday evening me and some friends tried Candy's Super hot wings.. OMG.. fire.. Good but Fire.. thank goodness the Banana Cream pie was there to save us.. Great fun and Candy is such a sweetheart

Just an FYI for any Americans missing a real American style Thanksgiving meal: Candy's is doing a buffet style turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, a few veg, salad bar and something like 3-4 scrumptous desserts. NT$300/person. 2 seatings on Saturday, Nov. 26 only: 6:00 and 8:30. I know they've also got something going on Thursday night as well but you'll have to call for details.
