intersection of Xiao Dong Road and Zhong Hua East Road. The guy did a great job for much less than I used to pay. $350 for a cut for guys. $500 women. Perms 2000. Dyes 1000-1400. They don't speak
English but are super nice so I thought I oughta give him a plug here on the bulletin. Tell 'em you heard about them here and see if he'll give you the student discount.

Look for Modern Hair Salon at Hsiao Dong Road, alley 477, no. 17.

Very near the intersection of Xiao (Hsiao) Dong and Zhong Hua East Road. If you're at the intersection looking east (on Xiao Dong, looking away from the university), you'll see a Zhang Hua Bank on the left hand side. Go down the alley right after it.

Call ahead if you'd like but I don't think you need to.
