Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls. The Dish is open and ready to be licked. It is somewhere that has grown out of nothing and a place, we hope all can enjoy. It's a place where the beer flows cold, like nectar from the gods. A place where some sing low and some sing higher, some sing aloud on the telephone wire, and some just clap their hands or paws or anything they got. So, if you like to pluck a string, rattle a set of spoons, or blast out the tune you sung at your mothers wedding, then this a spot worth checking out. Granted the staff aren't much to look at but we hope to resolve that problem soon. We like to whip up some sundown cocktails, using fresh ingredients from our garden, which is lovingly tended by our Japanese gardener Mr Mojito. So if your dandering past, pop in and say hello, we'll be there from Thursday nite on. And remember;

If you drink, don't drive. Don't even putt.
