Tainan Bars and Pubs
One of Tainan's best stops for getting some pub grub or just to "Hang Out" as its name implies. Owners Lutz and Sally are fun, and they have some nice parties sometimes.

I found that pubs in Taiwan
I found that pubs in Taiwan are a little overpriced. Also, that they are filled with stuck up expats. What is their problem? Assholes!

I agree. Not all, but most.
There are hundreds of pubs
There are hundreds of pubs in Tainan, and barely a dozen that see a lot of foreigners, so there's plenty of options to explore. Ask your Taiwanese friends which ones they recommend.
However, all of them will be overpriced.
