A friend of mine just opened up a small but accomodating bar just east of the intersection of Min Sheng and Hsi Men Roads. The usual: mixed drinks, beer, snacks and with indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to hang out if you're in the neighborhood. If you mention the name Amos, my friend, when you order your drinks, they will give you a free snack.

The address is 台南市新美街2號, or Xin Mei Street No. 2. It's right on the corner with Min Sheng Road.
