Tainan Bars and Pubs
One of the oldest and best pubs in Tainan. Get some drinks or a nice Western dinner here. Many people say they have the best steak in Taiwan, let alone Tainan.

Just had dinner there
Just had dinner there tonight. It is not the easiest place to find, but it was sure worth it. It is hard to find a good burger joint in Tainan. The price is reasonable. I want to try the steak next time. Can't wait until next time.

If you do have the steak, please leave some feedback. Io had a steak there, and it was good. Not the best in my life but it was a nice one. No pepper sauce or the like to mess with either...

Does anyone know what the hours are at Cosby's? We wanted to try it for lunch on Saturday and it was closed. We went back on Sunday at 5:30 for dinner and closed as well.

The place has a very good New York Strip Steak.
One of my favorite cuts.

I have no damn idea when the place opens...The HOURS of a place SHOULD be PROMINENTLY NOTED!
Also, if you've never been there it is NOT the easiest place to find. But just walk back the alley across from the Post Office and keep looking an your left just past the downward driveway. Hopefully it will be open.

Agree with TainanCowboy, not a cheap steak, but, by far definitely the best in town. Haven't tried the one at Willys yet. One of these days.....
