Thanks to everyone that has

Thanks to everyone that has voted so far. There have only been 18 votes so far, but it looks like there are 3 distinct categories of salaries. The below 600 per hour has surprisingly garnered 4 of the votes.

As I expected, 600 - 650 per hour has garnered most of the votes (8). then there is the 676 - 800 category taking in the remaining 6 votes.

It would be nice to do a more intense survey about this to see what kind of prep work and free extras they need to do at their jobs. Just by judging how many people have participated in this survey, which is only a click of the mouse, I think anything more time intensive than this is destined for failure.
