If you have any issues you can ask about it. It is possible that we can improve things little by little if users are having problems. Judging by the amount of users though that haven't said anything there are no serious problems.

I'm not saying there aren't things that shouldn't be improved upon. Feel free to leave a comment here and provide information about things you like/don't like and I will address them if possible.

Nothing is wrong. I intentionally deleted it because there is no need for duplication. That is one of the benefits of this site. We can get rid of garbage.

The older posts are retained and if they get viewed enough within 24 hours they make the most popular list. It is quite simple actually.

It is "garbage" to have two identical threads running at the same time. You understand that the comments serve as the conversation and that can be on any content type. Sorry if that wasn't clear enough.

Censorship would be not allowing you to post anything ie deleting all of your posts. To be honest, we hold the right to censor anything. It was part of your agreement to sign into this site. I haven't had to do much but sometimes threads need to be moved. Everyone has played well so far, except for one incident a while back.

Some people are to happy to troll and only aggravate people. On this site we can combat that. If you have constructive criticism it is welcome. If you only wish to drive negativity you aren't welcome.

Oh, and if there are enough people that don't like the popular content in the top. please recommend what you would like to see there. It can be changed.

just wanted to see what others think, no need to hop on the bandwagon right from the start, like there is a crisis, it is a bulletin not more no less, take it easy man, relax, no worries.

I think the whole site is pretty chaotic and disorienting. It isn't pleasing to the eye at all and is far from user friendly. It is a lot like forumosa.com and tealit.com  which are way to busy. It's like watching someone wearing plaid, stripes and polka dots together. The viewer's focus is pulled all over the place. The whole site needs to be made way simpler with far less options on the initial homepage.The forum section, which I would assume is the most used feature on the site is almost hidden from viewers unfamiliar with the site. Mostly due to the fact that under "Discussion" it just gives you one option, "Create Discussion" It took me a few minutes to figure out that by clicking "Discussion" I could actually view the forums. And the forums don't seem to really be broken up into categories.I am sure I could adjust to it if I gave it time but I am a lazy websurfer, I don't want to have to think too much! hahahMoreover, I still have a hate on for it because it continually changes my writing to bold for no apparent reason.One other thing I would suggest is to also add more photos of Robert JD.

Hackers these days just seem to create zombie servers. Too bad your hackers weren't content with just that. The worst is when they destroy all the content.

Thanks for the input everyone,. We know there are weak areas in the site for sure and we'll do our best to address them. IF there is anyone that is a Drupal theming magician/php master out there let us know. We could use your services in making this place more aesthetically pleasing and functional.

I actually didn't program Taiwan Live. I created all the non-forum content and lay-out but then just gave it to an expat I met on the bulletin and he did the whole thing exactly how I pictured it in like two days. He came over, showed me how to run the site as the webmaster and then I never saw or heard from him again. Perhaps, he was the PHP fairy.

I can't even remember his name.

I think this site is getting better and better. It just needs some tweaking is all.

Think minimal.
