Radioactive Mussel

A very colorful mussel photographed at the beach near the bridge in An Ping. Not sure if it is really radioactive, it just look sit.

The Asian green mussel
The Asian green mussel (Perna viridis), also known as the Philippine green mussel, is an economically important mussel, ( The above sentences are from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perna_viridis ), Local name as 孔雀蛤, see it here........http://blog.roodo.com/cairns/archives/1462882.html , this one in the photo probably escaped from the farm not far away and wanted to live instead of being harvest.
i don't know about radio
i don't know about radio active etc. but as far as i am informed all clams filter out the dirt from the water, they kind of like it. so all offshore clams and not from a farm, yummy, yummy.
