I have seen some Graffiti in Tainan, especially in the tunnels at the base of the Kai Yuan bridge. I was walking around a neighborhood while waiting for someone one day and found this graffiti in an alley somewhere near Jian Kang Rd and Chung Hua Road. Does anyone know where there is any good artwork on the streets?
