The biggest World Cup screen in Tainan will be available starting Monday night @ Tin Pan Alley. We are turning our whole wall into a movie theatre sized screen. We also got one of the better projectors available. Let's hope it stays as clear when it's the size of a two story house. This should be pretty cool!

Thanks to everyone who came out to watch America destroy England 1-1. We will be open in a limited way on Mondays through World Cup. The kitchen will be open for limited items only but we'll still have beers and the game, this is just Mondays of course. Most importantly, the BIG screen starts Monday night. World Cup on a 5x5 meter screen. That's like a 6000 inch TV yo. And high definition all the way. whoop...

Hahah.  That is ridiculous bro.  Make sure to hook a Wii up to it so you can play tennis against players as big or bigger than yourself.  

Giant tennis man on the wall.... sounds intimidating and embarrassing, simultaneously. And Wii must be really cool that big. Good idea.

All the way through World Cup, we'll be serving chili nachos for just 120. Slathered in cheese and goodness. Monday will be open for game watchers and beer swillers!

As usual, when I want to open at a time not normal for us, something goes astray. I scratched my cornea at Tin Pan as soon as I got there today and had to go to the doctor and then home with miserable runny nose and an eye full of fire. Sorry, no Cup tonight Monday the 21st at Tin Pan. This is the third time in a year I scratched my cornea. The sticks @ Tin Pan are possessed.

You need a staff that is willing to be there on time and willing to have their corneas scratched.

I'm trying to get used to this idea, I spend so much time anti-anything the U.S. is doing that it's a little tricky to unwind and realize that sport is sport and it's okay to holler Go USA! Nah, I'm just not ready for that step yet. It's too weird. Still it'd be strange if they keep going wouldn't it. I hate to say it, but I'm a bigger fan of Ghana. I just can't be patriotic about anything except the music of dissent. But, I'm trying. I don't know, when I watch sports all I can really think is Go Everyone. It's not the same if you don't pick a side is it?
