Mini-Bus to kending

Departing Friday April 3rd 9:15 pm from train station ( should arrive approximately 11:45 pm.
Returning Sunday April 5th 6 pm from Kending. ( should arrive at Tainan train station at 8:30 pm )
900 ish. ( train and bus will cost you about 250 each way, but you have a stop in Kaohsiung to transfer from train to bus there is no guarantee of seat so you might be standing. this way usually takes about 3.5 to 5 hours depending on traffic.

What about those bus plus
What about those bus plus train tix for around 250NT? How do I buy those?
I'm planining on hanging out in Tainan for a couple of days after the music festival, and would like a cheapo way to get back to Taipei afterwords, as well as a cheapo way to get from Kenting to Tainan...
Also... how are people staying out there in Kenting? I'm rolling down with a tent, most likely, and trying to find a place on a beach somewhere... what other options are there at this point?

I don't know about the bus
I don't know about the bus or train, but you need to be careful as to which beach you camp on. The cops will make you tear down your tent and if you aren't there it will be done for you. I was told no more camping at the beaches in town or the white sand beach out of town a bit.
go to the train station, and
go to the train station, and get a train to kaohisung, then use what chinese skills you have and ask where the bus to kending is, then walk there, about 5 min... but a bus ticket ( no advance possible ) then wait for a bus and hope you get a seat cause it will be rammed full.

We're planning on organising
We're planning on organising another mini-bus if anyone wants to join us, leaving 9:30-9:45ish Friday night, coming back Monday morning - arriving in Tainan 12ish.
Also does anyone know how to book camping spots? The website just says 'coming soon'.

fit in both ways or do you think you maybe able to fill up the return ride?
