For all those who want to come in for free and want to avoid to pay the little toke for the event, sure thing I can't stop anyone form doing it, just consider it is not a business and a one persons wallet only, no group, no cooperation, just one persons love for music, that's all.

It is not a money making event, breaking even is the goal and if you can be a part  to make it happen, there will be more May Jam's to come. 

All kinds of music is guarantied the good bad and the ugly all available.

if you click on the facebook site added in the first post, you find lots of photos how to get there from Chung Hwar West Rd and a link from the place how they promote themselves, their own site is all in Chinese though but with a great map coming from the freeway on No. 8.

 Hi,

to all of you  who still get confused where the 10th Tainan May Jam 2009 takes place, it is an out door event at the "Water Bird Living-room" = Restaurant.

The parties at the "Rede Wolf" are additional parties since the outdoor event has stop around  10 p.m. (remember the law and noise!) and who wants to stop then. However it is also a bit safer to get home fro the Red Wolf and not to far from home either, at least for me.

10th Tainan May Jam 2009, is asking for some creative input.

Well. one guy with two hands can do only so much, we all know that.

In case you have a practical creative idea that would be interesting to have at the May Jam  or ways how to promote the May Jam, let me know.

So far I am running around put up posters like I never did before, meet food stall owners and chat away more time the I like to. 

By the way that is a great way to improve your Chinese speaking skills, rather faster then ever. You only have to be interested in talking about why you are here, your mother, father, brother, sister, dog, and cat and not to forget food, food, food and all what concerns people in Tainan about Taiwan,.... food, food, food.

Now you may say how can you stand handling the same questions over and over again, the point here is that you learn about the variety and similarities of expressions, on one subject. You have no idea how ensuring and helpful that is for confidence building. That enables you to answer faster and less time consuming your way around about question you anyway don't like to answers.

Isn't that a great deal or what?

How do you get started, just get from me posters and then go out,  ask them if you can put up a poster for May Jam, thats all what it take.

But make sure that you don't go there during lunch hour that will not help your studies though, too busy to talk.

Hi,

if I haven't responded to your phone calls or emails right away, it is because I am non stop promoting the May Jam like I have never before. Please have some patience with me, I have some help but the main foot work is all my.

I always thought Tianan is a small town, anything else than small :) 

By the end of this week I will have done most of it and then I'm all yours. 

But for Bands that have registered check this web site and see what is going on but please remember it is me who works that section too and alone, remember the mantra is patience.

Hey thanks for coming out to the 10 May Jam 2009, and as my daughter put it so correctly,

we met so many very nice people.

The weather was great and the place is absolutely perfect for the May Jam.

Great thanks to all the bands and all the people that came to enjoy the music and location, great.
