  I will move into an apartment at the 3rd floor near Ln. 200, Sec. 1, Jiankang Rd., West Central Dist., Tainan in March, and I am looking for a roommate. The apartment is very closed to National University of Tainan (NUTN) and Tainan Municipal Stadium. There are actually 2 rooms available in the apartment but currently only one for rental.

  - Independent shower room / toilet.
  - Kitchen, balcony, laundry, dining and living room
  - Furnished with bed / matrix, computer desk, and closet

  I am 23 year old student from Poland. My girlfriend and me are
  coming to Tainan to study Chinese language on 16th of February, so we
  are looking for accomodation.

  We are very cheerfull, pleasant, easy-going people. No-smoking,
  no-mess around, no-noisy.

  The only problem with us is that we are arriving to Taiwan on 15th of
  February and leaving on 8th of June.

  3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining area, clothes drying area. Has A/C, washing machine, scooter parking, elevator, security guy.

  Garbage room is at the ground floor of the complex so no waiting for the garbage truck. Electricity costs are determined individually; each room has its own meter. Water and common area electric costs may be split. No gas stove; you can use a portable. For the 2 smaller rooms, you will need your own mattress pad (see photos).

  Room 1 (~100 sq ft): 4000/mo
  Room 2 (~100 sq ft): 3500/mo
  Room 3 (~265 sq ft): 6000/mo (good for a couple, has private bathroom)
