Sailing in Kenting?

Have you heard of the option to rent a sailboat in Kenting? I hope to do that this summer but am having trouble finding any leads on the net.

I called the guy. In case you're interested, it's about NT$7000 for a catamaran for 3.5 hours (1/2 day) or NT12K for the whole day.
