Places to learn Mandarin other than NCKU? or Tainan U

Does anyone know of any other colleges or universities in Tainan that have day and night classes that teach Mandarin. My experience a couple of years ago was very frustrating as the tutor was more interested in improving her English

Hi Stacey,

You're interested in Mandarin aren't you? I'd like language exchange as well.
I'm Taiwanese 28 years old.
We can meet in a coffee shop or KFC something like that and talk about how we can do it.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.
