I completely forgot about our directories. Lots of health food stores. I'll update this thread when I find some.

The place is called Trinity Food Stores. There is only one that ships island-wide, also sells to all the restaurants. I listed it here a while back! :)

There's a restaurant supply store at the corner of Da Tong Rd. and Shu Lin St. that has them straight at the back in the refrigerated section near the butter and cream. Top shelf. You can choose yellow or red.

It's a huge building without an obvious sign. look for a glass sliding door ON Shu Lin near the corner. (NW corner). It's the kind of building with the ground floor set back inside, so look carefully.

They don't list any prices. I think my last bag was $85, but I forgot. I'm certain is was well under a hundred.

Got them. NT$95 for the brown lentils. I'll try the red and yellow ones next time. Very nice shop. Thanks for the tip.

I have yellow and red lentils and have bought them at both RT-Mart and Carrefore and yes they were under 100NT for a small bag.

The Indian Restaurant (listed in the directory here), has a few select ones for sale. He gets them shipped here from Trinity Stores (also listed in the directory) in Taipei - in bulk.
