a nice easy place would be at the 7-11 near the university, they have plenty of seats, and its close to tissues, drinks and a sink to wash your hands after.

This would be NCKU (the main university in the city located behind the train station). The 7-11 would be at the bottom of the New dormitory building on Sheng-li Rd. Between Da-Xue rd and Dong-Ning rd. There are a bunch of tables set up outside and someone just has to have a seat and claim one for us to secure it for a while.

Let us know what date you think a good taste test day would be and I'm sure we could all agree on a time.

Hi that sounds fine for me. what time and what day as i have chinese class on some evening. Also how will be be able to identify each other?
Oh i will have mine cooked please and can i try spicy and non as i normally like spicy but it has been irritating my throat recently.

Afternoons aren't all that great for me, I have class every afternoon on weekdays.
I have class on:

Monday: 1:30-3:30
Tuesday: 3:30-4:30
Wednesday: 1:30-3:30
Thursday: 2:30-4:30
Friday: 1:30-3:30

Every other time works for me ^^

I'd like to try you're chicken wings especially as they are my favorite thing in the entire mulitdimensional universe. Could you bring your wings up to Tin Pan Alley? I would be honored to hear your opinion of our wings as well. Wanna trade wings? That would be cool. Ours come in a variety of flavors, you could have Buffalo standard, Jalepeno tart, or Indian Chutney wings. They are all spicey and nice. I can't wait to try yours I love variations on wings. Darin

I'm sorry I didn't make it. My kid is feverish and, of course, fussy. I needed to be home with him at that time. I'd still love to try your wings and chat recipes and let the kids play. If you keep doing the wingends I'm sure it'll happen. Otherwise, we could make a time to meet at our place. We're right across from the park, and I'd be happy to let you do your wing tasting and selling at our place some Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Ours is an outdoor place so you could easily set up a wing stand for a lunch sometime. Lemme know what you think. Cheers, Darin
