Guys, any ideas where to eat a good cajun food dinner? Blackened cat fish and like...?
All suggestions appreciated.

For lack of a better answer
For lack of a better answer - New Orleans. Wouldn't mind knowing myself where I could get some jumblaya and have a crawfish boil in Tainan.
One thing I did notice was Tony Chechere's spice available (haven't looked in a while) in the big supermarkets. It is popular in Louisiana (I lived there and used it all the time). It is a green round container, and the stuff is great. Use it as you would salt and it will add a nice spicy zip to your food.
Thanks Jazz. Forever
Thanks Jazz. Forever helpful as always. Its been a year since I tasted jumblaya. When I lived in Bangkok, there was a great restaurant there, run by an American, who happens to be a friend of mine. Truely authentic cajun food. Very popular joint with the Americans.
