C omments on Davids English School removed by Tainan Bulletin Staff
Recently I commented on the rather shoddy treatment I got on the phone by a guy named jackson regarding employment. My comments appear to have been removed by the staff of the Tainan Bulletin. I said if you are over 50 and want to teach adults rather than children;. you will get a rather poor receiption of this guy who appears to be a legend in his own mine. Redness has no place in an exchange between employer and applicant. I wonder if my comment was removed because this school advertizes in the Tainan Bulletin.

Yes Paul, you're on the right track. This user continually bashes places for perceived slights about age. There was a drawn out fight a while back under a different user name, and to be honest, it doesn't belong here. Taiwan has different rules about slander. Take it for what you will.
I hate editing things here but that is the only way sometimes to try to keep the environment healthy. I don't edit everything, so you may call me prejudice, but users that make problems, change accounts, use their real photos, and cause trouble regularly may find their comments and posts gone and/or their account banned from the site.
And on that note, thank you to the hundreds of people that come here daily and play nice.

1. shuaige, take a look at this incoherent turd of a sentence and think about the image you are cultivating for yourself. You want to be an *English* teacher, right? Part of being a successful teaching professional is displaying competency in that which you would teach. This is especially true when posting on a public forum frequented by prospective employers. You seem to be working hard to foster an image as a loud, inarticulate crybaby at the center of a conspiracy to deny jobs to hardworking seniors.
2. If I were in your position, I'd thank my lucky stars that the Tainan Bulletin staff is gracious enough to wake up every day and deal with my painfully unprofessional drama. Think before you bite the hand that feeds. If you lose the Tainan Bulletin as your soapbox, what hope have you of finding an audience anywhere else? Thank the staff, maybe donate money to the site. Take a deep breath before the next time you post and think to yourself "I am in Taiwan. Here, personal disputes (ie: with buxiban owners/ workers) must be handled delicately if I am going to successfully integrate myself into Taiwanese society. I am not here to air my grievances or wage my battles, I am here to act professionally so that I may find employment".

It appears that the OP has made his point clear regarding his perceived injustice with this business. Caveat emptor is due diligence for business dealings of any sort here on the island.
Whether his complaint is valid, or not, is not going to be decided one way or the other in an internet forum.
I would also echo the points made about posting in a clear manner with correctly spelled words. It does add to ones legitimacy.
I should also add 2 (two) further items -
There are no laws on Taiwan - merely suggestions.
I ain't no engrish teechur!
Thanks Jazz for the forum.
