I wanna try some of the unhatched eggs and rooster combs. Never interested before but the show makes it look tempting. :-)

Tried the deep fried bees before. (see part 6) Blahg. Carapaces are not tasty. The insides just soak up the oil too.

Had stir fried silkworm

Had stir fried silkworm coccoons before and they were actually pretty good. Snake wasn't so bad either - tasted really close to fish. Dog tastes really close to very lean beef. Hard to tell the difference.

Yeah, snake does taste like fish. At least the snake I had up in Taipei's Snake Alley. Haven't tried dog though. It's supposed to be pretty rare...er hard to find these days.

Had a friend who tried the

Had a friend who tried the unhatched egg and she nearly threw up after she couldn't get it down. I don't think I could do it either.

How about deep fried fish guts? I heard they are quite common here as well.

I also noticed that when you buy the fish lunchbox, the whole fish isn't gutted either. They deepfry the whole fish - guts and all!

By the way, if you eat the blood sausage or blood and rice squares, your body can't digest the complex blood protiens and that's why your turd ends up looking like a big black sausage!!!!

Go figure. Check it out for yourself....
