my name is carol wu, i been working as a pastry chef in Brisbane, Australia for the past years in some of well-known 5 star hotel and restaurant such as Stamford Plaza, Cloudland Bar and Restaurant, Sebel King George Square, United Service Club, Tattersall's Club...if anyone ever heard any of them.
i am good at making great desserts and pastries, such as yummy sticky date pudding, pavalova, panna cotta, christmas pudding and anything u can name of from Australia.
we have a facebook page, if u search "cazzawu" u will find it, but there's lots of items can't find on it cause i did tried to sell but most of Taiwanese are not used to have desserts which r too sweet or hot.
if you are looking for some dessert can't find on street, try to let me know i would love to make it for you, by the way, my personal hate artificial flavor prefer using local seasonal fruits so we can all eat healthy and fresh.
