The Tainan Bulletin originally started as a Yahoo Group, and steadily gained in popularity. Over time, the bulletin became the best resource for finding work in Tainan, buying and selling second hand goods, advertising, and of course, the commentary that helped make it so interesting.

One of the biggest drawbacks, and the biggest criticism of the group was its lack of organization. We have done our best to create a website that keeps an easy, natural flow and organizes the information in an efficient way.

You can now come to the site and add information, like a great restaurant or special place, or see what is happening in the community.  It's our goal to support the foreign community in Tainan as best we can and help make your transition to Tainan easier.  Please do your best to answer questions other members may pose.  You might find yourself one day with a question yourself about where you might find something or how to do something in Tainan.  Thanks to the community that supports us here.  Let's help make Tainan a better place!
